All conductive parts are manufactured from high-quality brass or copper alloy. We provide surface treatments such as nickel plating, tin plating to achieve excellent electrical conductivity, anti-oxidation performance and corrosion resistance. The plastic base adopts high-temperature resistant PBT / PA66 engineering plastic, featuring good flame retardancy, insulation strength and stable performance under long-term power load.
We own complete production lines including precision stamping, plastic injection molding, assembly and testing. Strict dimension control is implemented during production to guarantee perfect matching with plug housings. Every batch undergoes conductivity test, insulation test and dimension inspection, to meet international electrical safety standards.
Rich product series are available: two-round EU plug pins, flat three-pin plug inserts, continuous strip plug terminals, grounding clips and foldable plug blades. OEM & ODM services are welcomed.
